Who is Elyx?

Created by French artist YAK, Elyx has no race, sex or nationality but is a universal character designed to promote important issues worldwide, and is the first ‘digital ambassador’ for the United Nations (UN).

Elyx has been used as official illustrations for both the COP21 and the SDGs (featuring in Impact Journalism Day 2017).

Drawn in a very simple style, Elyx is universally accessible and hopes to get as many people as possible engaged in bettering our world.
